Town Facility Use Requests

Everything you need to know about planning an event on Town Property!

1. Decide when & where

Utilize our event calendar to see available dates and upcoming events. 

We have a variety of locations in town for your event. 

• Town Common/Gazebo 
• Municipal Parking Lot(s)  
• Sweatt Park 

Some locations do have electrical capabilities, please be sure to note in your request whether your event will require electrical use. 

2. Fill out a Facility Use Request Form

Once an application is submitted, the Town Administrator's Office will circulate it to applicable department heads for comments. After the office has received responses the Town Administrator will review and provide a decision.
