It is REQUESTED to schedule your inspection 2 weeks prior to closing. Via Email to Fireprevention@fire.wrentham.ma.us

Prior to that Fill out the Application for the Certificate of Compliance for Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Alarms (top half only), https://www.mass.gov/doc/fp-007c-application-for-certificate-of-compliance-for-smoke-detectors-and-carbon-monoxide-alarms/download , and return the completed application to the Wrentham Fire Department at 99 South St with a CHECK or MONEY ORDER payable to the Town of Wrentham in the amount of $50.00.

It is preferred the completed Application and fee is not sent via USPS mail.

After your application is accepted, an appointment will be scheduled for your inspection.

It is highly recommended you schedule this inspection no later than two weeks before the closing. This is to leave ample time to make any repairs or changes and reinspection before the closing date.

If your home has fire suppression sprinklers installed, please have an inspection completed by a reputable sprinkler company and have the signed inspection ready for the Inspector when they arrive to Complete the Certificate of Compliance.
