The Wrentham Housing Authority operates two developments, one for senior/disabled residents at Garden Lane and one for families at New Emerald Lane. The Housing Authority also administers 23 AHVP (Alternative Housing Voucher Programs) for individuals under the age of 60 that are disabled.
There are preferences for those that live and/or work in Wrentham, Veterans, minorities and emergency applicants.
Senior/Disabled Housing
There are 66 one bedroom units for seniors and disabled individuals under the age of 60. The apartments are located on Garden Lane and are roughly 450 square feet.
Family Housing
There are 15 units of family housing located on New Emerald Lane off Shears Street. There are 4 four-bedroom units, 5 three-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units. One of the two-bedroom units is handicapped accessible.
How to Apply
You may apply online, contact the Housing Authority, or pick up an application in the Community Building at 1 Garden Lane.
Maintenance/Work Orders
If a tenant has a work order, they should contact the Wrentham Housing Authority's answering service. The answering service will contact a member of our staff to respond to the work order. If it is after hours, and a non-emergency, staff will respond the following business day. Please do not approach maintenance in the field with work orders.
