Please be advised that the Massachusetts Department of Public Health amended the regulations that govern camps and clinics in 2018. You can read a summary of the changes here. One notable change is that any camp that operates at least 4 days during any consecutive 14 day period now falls under the defintion of a camp. Additionally any program that advertises itself as a camp will be considered a camp and will need a license to operate, even if it does not fall under the defintion of a camp as defined within 105 CMR 430.020.
