Application for Septic Installers License
Septic Installers Licensing Fee: $150
1st time applicants must have copies of three current licenses with three different towns. A letter of reference can be used in lieu of a current license. Any applicant without any current licenses and/or letters of reference must appear before the Board of Health for approval.
